During packaging, the surface of some balms slightly adhered to the cap as they cooled. This resulted in a slightly uneven texture on top.
However, after the 2nd or 3rd use, the surface smooths out and the balm is strictly identical to the others.
We could have discarded them. We chose to offer them at a reduced price instead of wasting them.
