Refund policy
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
To ensure your return and refund are processed smoothly, please strictly follow the return process below (otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):

Write to us at: contact@izomathletique.com with your order number to request a return. Items returned without a prior return request will not be accepted. From this date, you have 14 days to send the products back (shipping date).

Make sure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.

Include your order number, full name, and surname in the parcel with the product(s).

Send the parcel to the following address:

Choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim regarding a lost parcel.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the products at our facility, using the same payment method as the original order. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@izomathletique.com.

If you did not pick up your package at a pickup point/post office and it was returned to our warehouse, please contact us by email: contact@izomathletique.com to either:

proceed with a refund (note: return shipping fees will be deducted), or

request a new shipment (additional fees will apply).
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
Feel free to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for clearance items due to end-of-production or gift cards.
