Why IZOM Athletic?
My name is Charlotte, and I'm a passionate track and field athlete. I quickly realized how difficult it was to combine sport and environmentalism due to the lack of eco-friendly alternatives for athletes. It was frustrating...
One day, on my way home from the stadium, I looked at the ingredients in the muscle care products I was using for training and recovery, and I discovered many controversial ingredients that I had already eliminated from my bathroom. It was the last straw!
I've been searching for effective, healthy, and environmentally friendly muscle care products, but without success. So, I decided to create the ideal care products for athletes, meeting my needs and ecological values.
This is how IZOM Athlétique was born, the first brand of 100% natural & rechargeable muscle care for athletes.
As a little anecdote, "IZOM" means "muscles" in Hungarian, a little nod to my origins.

March 2023 - Start of R&D for the warming balm
I launched the first R&D work, conducted with a French laboratory specializing in natural formulations, to transform the idea of IZOM Athletic into a true muscle care product.
It was at this point that we began co-creating the balm with a group of 30 beta-testing athletes . Texture tests, selection of 100% natural ingredients, work on heating, formula stability, compatibility with a refillable format… every detail mattered.

November 2024 - Selected for the “Les Sprinteuses” program by Willa & FDJ
IZOM Athletic has joined the Les Sprinteuses program, supported by Willa and FDJ.
Support designed for female founders in the sport, with a clear objective: to structure the strategy, refine the business vision and surround themselves with a network of ambitious female entrepreneurs.
This selection has given us a real boost: mentoring, expertise, visibility and a framework that challenges as much as it helps us grow.
December 2024 - First production run of our warming balms
After dozens of tests and adjustments, our warming balm was finally scaling up: the very first production came out of the laboratory .
Seeing the stick take shape, with its controlled composition and refillable format, was a key moment: for the first time, IZOM Athletic became a concrete product, ready to enter sports bags and accompany warm-ups.

March 2025 - Our warming balm in a sports discovery box
For the first time, our product was integrated with a third-party offer and ended up directly in the hands of a targeted community of racquet sports enthusiasts.

April 2025 - Presence at the Paris-Roubaix race
IZOM Athletic was present at one of the most iconic races in cycling.
The perfect opportunity to showcase our warming balm directly on the field, in contact with committed athletes, technical staff and a passionate public.
May 2025 - Winner of Startup Boost & first participation in the Paris Fair
We were selected as one of the winners of the Startup Boost program at the Paris Fair, an initiative that highlights promising French innovations.
Thanks to this distinction, we were able to participate in the event for the first time.
On site, the warming balm was met by an extremely diverse audience: athletes, working people, parents, seniors…
Presenting the product live, having people test the texture, explaining the refillable format and listening to immediate feedback completely changed the game.
June 2025 - Our first reseller: Check Planet, Paris
IZOM Athletic has made its debut in its very first point of sale: Check Planet , an eco-responsible pop-up store located at 231 Rue de Charenton, in Paris.
This partnership allowed us to present the warming balm in a committed space, focused on sustainable alternatives and innovative brands.
