Sixtine Macquet, between rigor, passion and ambition

A promising start
Sixtine Macquet discovered basketball at the age of 7. She quickly distinguished herself and joined the departmental, regional, and then national teams. After a year in a sports-study program , she joined INSEP , the French national sports training center, where she trained for three years. At 18, she signed her first professional contract and joined a Ligue 2 team. A season later, she won the French championship and was promoted to Ligue 1. Today, she plays for Basket Landes and represents the French 3x3 team every summer.
An intense routine, with recovery as a cornerstone
