The IZOM Athlétique Wheel

Article 1 – Game Organization

The company IZOM Athlétique, hereinafter referred to as "The organizer," is organizing a free game titled The IZOM Athlétique Wheel, accessible exclusively at its booth during the Paris Fair, from April 30 to May 11, 2026.

Article 2 – Conditions for Participation

The game is open to any adult individual present at the IZOM Athlétique booth during the event.

• Participation is limited to two spins of the wheel per person.
• Compliance with the conditions defined in these rules is mandatory.

Article 3 – Participation Procedures

To participate in the game and take one spin of the wheel, participants must go to the booth.

For an additional spin (optional):

• Participants can take a second spin of the wheel if they subscribe to the IZOM Athlétique newsletter by providing a valid email address.
• Only one newsletter subscription entitles participants to one additional spin.
• Newsletter subscription is optional. A checkbox allows participants to agree that their data will be used only for the newsletter.

Article 4 – Prizes

The prizes available through the wheel include, but are not limited to:

• A €1 or €2 discount on standard products (not applicable to imperfect products).
• One IZOM Athlétique sticker of your choice, valued at €0.15.
• One IZOM Athlétique pen, valued at €0.75.

Prizes are awarded randomly when the wheel is spun. The value of the prizes is indicative.

Article 5 – Conditions for Prize Use

• Prizes obtained are valid only at the IZOM Athlétique booth during the Paris Fair.
• They are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-convertible into cash.
• They cannot be used on an already purchased product.
• They are not cumulative, unless otherwise indicated by the organizer.

Article 6 – Wheel Operation

• Each participant spins the wheel once.
• The prize obtained is immediately awarded and usable on site.
• Participants can take a second spin only after subscribing to the newsletter (optional).

Article 7 – Responsibility

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation or prize attribution in case of:

• non-compliance with the rules,
• inappropriate behavior at the booth,
• attempted fraud.

The Organizer cannot be held responsible in case of temporary impossibility of participation due to technical or logistical constraints.

Article 8 – Personal Data

• Email addresses collected for the second wheel spin are processed in accordance with current regulations.
• Participants have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by contacting: contact@izomathletique.com.

Article 9 – Acceptance of Rules

Participation in the game implies full and complete acceptance of these rules.

Article 10 – Applicable Law

These rules are subject to French law.
