Are IZOM Athletic products tested on animals?
No, at IZOM Athletic, we are resolutely against animal testing.

IZOM Athlétique products are formulated and manufactured locally in Île-de-France in our partner artisanal laboratory.
How to use IZOM Athletic products?
To use IZOM Athletic products, please follow the following steps:
- Open the refillable stick: Remove the cap from the stick to access the balm.
- Apply the product: Apply the balm to the skin and wait a few seconds. The balm will soften with your body heat.
- Gently slide the balm onto the desired area of your skin. Make sure you cover the area in question evenly.
- Massage vigorously: Once you have applied the balm, massage the area vigorously with circular movements. This will help the product penetrate the skin and promote absorption.
- Refill your stick: When the stick is empty, you can replace it with a full refill. Simply remove the empty refill by pushing from the bottom of the stick and insert the new refill until it is secure.
How long does your IZOM Athletic balm last?
The duration of use of IZOM Athletic balm may vary depending on personal use. In general, a refill of balm can last between 1 to 4 months , depending on the frequency of use and the amount applied with each use.
Are IZOM Athletic products suitable for all skin types?
IZOM Athletic products are suitable for all skin types, but it is important to note that our products contain essential oils. If you have sensitive skin, we recommend testing on a small area of skin before use.

Can I order by phone?
We're sorry, but we don't offer phone ordering at this time. We encourage you to place your order directly on our website, where you can select the products of your choice, complete your online purchase and benefit from a secure and convenient experience.
If you experience any difficulty during the online ordering process, please contact us and we will be happy to help resolve any issues that may arise.
What are your return conditions?
We operate a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The return costs are your responsibility.
To ensure that the return and refund take place in the best conditions, please strictly respect the procedure to follow (failing this, we reserve the right to refuse the refund):
- Write to us at: contact@izomathletique.com with your order number, to inform us of your withdrawal request. Items returned without prior return request will not be accepted. From this date, you have 14 days to return the products to us (shipment date).
- Check that all products are in their original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened or damaged will not be refunded.
- Please include in your package with the product(s) in question, the order number concerned as well as your first and last name.
- Return the package to the following address: IZOM Athlétique, 8 place Salvador Allende, 94000 Créteil, France.
Choose a mode of transport with a tracking number . Without a tracking number we will not accept any claims regarding lost packages.
The refund will be made within 10 working days after receipt of the products at our premises, via the payment method used when ordering. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@izomathletique.com.
I did not collect my package from a relay point. How's it going ?
If you have not collected your package from a relay point/post office and it has been returned to our warehouse, we invite you to contact us by email: contact@iaomathletique.com in order to be able to reimburse your order (i.e. return costs will be deducted from the amount of your order) or a new shipment, which will generate additional costs at your expense.
